With 30 years in Recruitment and Executive Search, Emma set up Plum London with an emphasis on consultancy not agency, bringing a bespoke and thoughtful approach to every assignment. She has a wealth of experience working with multi-sector businesses and private family offices.
Emma is also a qualified and accredited Business & Personal Coach and is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
